Job summary

Lloyd's Register International is seeking a Sanctuary Scheme Co-ordinator to support the administration and communication between clients, support workers and service providers.

The role involves taking referrals, managing data in our management system, and contributing to monthly and quarterly reporting. It is a 20-hour per week post with flexible days, requiring strong accuracy, confidentiality and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Experience in admin/finance role.
  • Experience inputting and monitoring information on a database.
  • Experience working with computer packages.
  • Working to performance indicators and standards.
  • Report writing and presentation.
  • Experience with monitoring and evaluation systems.

Responsibilities

  • Take Sanctuary Scheme referrals and coordinate intake.
  • Work with referral and outreach teams to ensure smooth processing.
  • Allocate, manage and record referrals, work and outcomes.
  • Monitor project outcomes and KPIs.
  • Ensure clear communication pathways into the project.
  • Input and monitor our electronic management system.
  • Maintain information systems for reports and evaluation.
  • Contact landlords related to the work.
  • Support admin team with monitoring systems and paperwork.
  • Undertake general clerical duties.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls; assist with returns to Funders.
  • Collaborate with housing team to run the office effectively.
  • Maintain filing and archiving systems.
  • Record and monitor monthly, quarterly and yearly statistics.
  • Participate in quality standards reviews as required.
  • Share duties across the admin team during holidays and sickness.

RESPONSIBLE TO: Head of Housing, Head of Operations/Chief Officer

DAYS / TIMES: 20hrs (Days & times can be discussed)

PAY: £12.84ph

What is a Sanctuary Scheme

A Sanctuary Scheme, also known as Target Hardening, is a specialist domestic abuse service designed to help victim-survivors remain safely in their own homes where it is their choice to do so. The programme involves carrying out a safety assessment and implementing practical security measures, such as upgraded locks, window security, personal alarms, security lighting, and other protective adaptations tailored to the individual’s circumstances.

We are working in partnership to ensure the scheme is offered to referrals received into our service to help reduce the risk of further abuse, increase personal safety, and provide reassurance and stability for adults and children affected by domestic abuse. The service combines physical security improvements with ongoing risk assessment, safety planning, and specialist support to empower survivors and enhance their long-term safety and wellbeing. This postholder will provide administration and ensure excellent communication between the client, support worker & service provider.

Job Role:
  • To take all Sanctuary Scheme (Target Hardening) referrals.
  • To work closely with our referral & outreach teams.
  • To allocate, manage and record all referrals, work undertaken and outcomes.
  • To monitor the project outcomes and KPIs.
  • To ensure clear communication pathways into the project.
  • To input and monitor our electronic management system.
  • To ensure that information systems are maintained to enable the project to be monitored and evaluated. Ensuring relevant information can be collated for reports.
  • To contact landlords in connection with the work being undertaken.
  • To support the admin team with monitoring systems and paperwork.
  • To undertake general clerical duties.
  • To answer and manage incoming telephone calls as required.To support the completion of monthly and quarterly returns required by Funders ensuring that all documentation is completed and submitted on a timely basis.
  • To work with the housing team to ensure that the office is run effectively.
  • To ensure any filing and archiving systems are up-to-date and accurate.
  • To record and monitor monthly, quarterly and yearly statistics for the services.
  • To be involved in the recording of our quality standards reviews as and when required.
  • To ensure duties are shared supportively across the admin team during holidays and sickness.
General
  • To attend and participate in team meetings and supervisions.
  • To develop positive links with appropriate agencies, organisations, suppliers and customers.
  • To attend agency project meetings when necessary
  • When necessary, to work on a flexible basis to assist with holiday and sickness cover and to meet the needs of the project.
  • To attend appropriate training.
  • To undertake any other reasonable tasks requested by the Management Team.
