Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of on-the-road, consultative B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling to salons or professional hair products is preferred.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly territory sales budgets.
• Represent Kao Professional Hair in professional settings and events.
• Build relationships with salon owners and stylists to grow business.
• Report market feedback and progress to Area Sales Manager.
• Promote Kao education programs and company events.
• Stay current on all Kao Professional Hair products.
• Drive growth through new accounts and existing territory development.
• Manage sales pipeline and provide timely updates.
