We’re seeking a National Account Manager - North East to drive sales and margins for a defined customer base, lead a supporting team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role is field-based, permanent, and full-time.

Qualifications

• Experience operating as an account manager.
• Clear capability in managing complex issues & delivering sustainable results.
• Exceptional sales and customer relationship building skills.
• Significant sales experience within the industry with a proven track record of delivery.

Responsibilities

• Developing and achieving sales, gross margin targets and operational excellence for a specified allocation of customers across Private, Domestic & Utilities.
• Maximise sales and GP growth, identifying opportunities to expand scope of current activity.
• Lead and manage project activity identified jointly by customers and Wolseley, as being value add and beneficial to both companies.
• Lead a team of colleagues engaged in supporting roles within the account management structure.
• Integrate with a strong sales culture, build close relationships with customers, within the Nationals structure and contribute to the Corporate, Home Services & Hospitality Team development strategy.
