Job summary

Perk is seeking a Salesforce Developer with a UI/UX focus to redesign the rep experience across our Sales and Revenue teams. The 12-month contract role involves hands-on development in Lightning Web Components, working with Sales, RevOps, Marketing and Data across the global team.

You will design, prototype and build improved interfaces, ensure consistency with SLDS, and align with security data models while collaborating across time zones and regions.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on production experience building Lightning Web Components.
• Strong Apex, SOQL and Salesforce data model knowledge.
• Deep knowledge of Lightning Experience customization: App Builder, Dynamic Forms, page layouts, console apps and Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git and CI/CD.
• A UX mindset: start from user problems and explain design decisions.
• Clear communication and ability to work independently across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Redesign the rep experience with a prioritised UI roadmap.
• Build custom Lightning Web Components and supporting Apex where needed.
• Configure and extend Lightning App Builder pages and reusable components.
• Run usability tests and pilots with reps and managers, iterate on feedback.
