Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer for a 12-month contract to design, develop and enhance our Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with the Technical Lead and Lead Architect to deliver scalable CRM capabilities and integrate Salesforce with third-party SaaS applications and internal systems.

This hands-on role spans the full software development lifecycle, supporting platform performance, security and reliability while contributing to ongoing

Qualifications

• At least five years' experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on Apex/LWC/Flows.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events and Change Data Capture is desirable.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, App Builder or Administrator are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and other platform capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, following best practice design principles and coding standards.
• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events and Change Data Capture, ensuring secure, scalable solutions.
• Leverage Azure DevOps to manage deployments across user stories, enhancements and defect resolution, contributing to CI/CD practices.
• Own incidents and BAU requests, maintaining the health and reliability of the Salesforce environment.
