Job summary

Perk is seeking a Salesforce Developer with a UI/UX focus to redesign the rep experience across Sales and Revenue teams. You will build Lightning Web Components, enhance App Builder pages, and work with global teams to ensure a fast, clear, and intuitive CRM.

You will run usability tests, gather feedback, and document changes. The role requires production-ready LWC skills, Apex/SOQL knowledge, and strong cross-time-zone communication.

Qualifications

• Strong, demonstrable experience building Lightning Web Components in production.
• Apex, SOQL and Salesforce data model knowledge to support components.
• Deep knowledge of Lightning Experience customization: App Builder, Dynamic Forms, page layouts.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git and a CI/CD or deployment process.
• A UX mindset: explain design decisions and take feedback from non-technical users.
• Clear communication and the ability to work independently across time zones in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Redesign the rep experience across Sales and Revenue teams.
• Design and prototype improved layouts, workflows and components.
• Build custom Lightning Web Components and extend Lightning App Builder pages.
• Run feedback sessions, usability tests and pilots with reps and managers.
• Create release notes and handover documentation for maintenance.
