Job summary

Perk is hiring a Salesforce Developer with a UI/UX focus to redesign the rep experience across our Sales and Revenue teams. You’ll join the global Salesforce team for 12 months to make the CRM faster, clearer and more intuitive.

You will design the experience and code it in Lightning Web Components, working with Sales, RevOps, Marketing and Data, and directly with the reps who use the result.

Qualifications

• Strong, demonstrable experience building Lightning Web Components in production.
• Solid Apex, SOQL and Salesforce data model knowledge to support your components.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git and a CI/CD or deployment process.
• A UX mindset: you start from user problems, can explain design decisions, and can take feedback from non-technical users.
• Clear communication and the ability to work independently across time zones in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Redesign the rep experience by auditing current Lightning pages, consoles, and views and prioritising UI improvements.
• Build custom Lightning Web Components and Apex as needed to deliver focused, usable interfaces.
• Configure Lightning App Builder pages, Dynamic Forms, Dynamic Actions, and console apps for consistency across teams and regions.
• Create reusable components and ensure SLDS-consistent UI for maintainability after the contract ends.
• Run feedback sessions, usability tests, and pilots; track adoption and user satisfaction; publish release notes and handover docs.
