Job summary

Perk is hiring a Salesforce Developer with a UI/UX focus for a 12-month fixed-term contract within the Global Revenue Systems and AI Team. You will redesign the rep experience using Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Salesforce data tools to improve productivity across Sales and RevOps.

You’ll work in a global, collaborative environment, shipping UI improvements, building reusable components, and ensuring adoption through user feedback and pilots across regions.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience building Lightning Web Components in production.
• Solid Apex, SOQL and Salesforce data model knowledge.
• Deep knowledge of Lightning Experience customization: App Builder, Dynamic Forms, page layouts, console apps and Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git and a CI/CD or deployment process.
• A UX mindset: start from user problems, explain design decisions, and take feedback from non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Redesign the rep experience with a prioritized UI roadmap.
• Build custom Lightning Web Components and Apex support where needed.
• Configure and extend Lightning App Builder pages, Dynamic Forms and console apps.
• Create reusable components and follow SLDS conventions for consistency.
• Run feedback sessions, usability tests and pilots with reps and managers.
