Job summary

Technopride Ltd. is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications, integrating with external systems and delivering scalable solutions.

You will configure custom objects, fields, workflows, and page layouts while building and maintaining Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). You will collaborate with admins, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring security and performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Salesforce deployments and customizations.
• Strong configuration and customization knowledge of Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience creating and managing custom objects and data models.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications to support business processes and functional requirements.
• Configure Salesforce features including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Create and manage custom objects, reports, dashboards, and automation components.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, or third-party tools.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and support deployments across Salesforce environments.
• Collaborate with administrators, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing enhancements and maintenance activities.
