PERK UK LTD in London is seeking a Salesforce Developer with a UI/UX focus to redesign the Salesforce experience for sales and revenue teams. The role aims to make CRM faster, clearer, and more intuitive, directly impacting productivity and user satisfaction.

This hands-on position involves auditing the Lightning experience, designing enhanced layouts, and developing custom LWC and Apex code to replace standard interfaces, ensuring consistency and maintainability across the platform.

Qualifications

• Experience building Lightning Web Components in production environments.
• Apex and SOQL knowledge to support components.
• Deep knowledge of Lightning Experience customization, including App Builder, Dynamic Forms, page layouts, and console apps.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and a CI/CD or deployment process.
• Strong UX mindset and ability to explain design decisions to non-technical users.

Responsabilités

• Redesign the Salesforce experience for sales and revenue teams to make CRM faster and more intuitive.
• Audit the current Lightning experience, identify improvements, and design prototype layouts and workflows.
• Develop custom Lightning Web Components and Apex code to replace standard layouts and ensure maintainability.
• Collaborate with global teams across time zones to implement user-friendly interfaces.
