The role blends hands-on Apex/LWC development with strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will influence platform direction, drive engineering best practices, and collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams across the UK.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development and technical leadership experience.
• Experience designing and delivering Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Proven track record mentoring engineers and guiding technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Act as technical lead for Salesforce projects and initiatives.
• Architect integrations using APIs and event-driven approaches.
• Collaborate with Product and Architecture to set technical direction and standards.
• Provide mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance to developers.
