Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce technical background with experience across development, integrations and platform architecture.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring Salesforce teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand priorities and shape technical solutions.
• Own technical standards, governance and development best practice.
• Help define the Salesforce roadmap and platform direction.
• Review solution designs and provide technical guidance across Apex, LWC, Flow and integrations.
• Support decisions around standard Salesforce functionality versus custom development.
• Oversee releases, deployments, platform performance and production issues.
• Ensure security, access, data quality and platform governance are maintained.
• Support delivery planning and work closely with product, business and technical teams.

Salary: £70,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong Salesforce technical background with experience across development, integrations and platform architecture
• Previous experience leading or mentoring Salesforce teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience owning technical decisions and influencing platform strategy
• Good understanding of Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, security and Salesforce administration
• Experience with CI/CD, Git and Salesforce release management
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Administrator or Platform App Builder would be beneficial
