Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Salesforce Lead Developer to shape and deliver scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will architect robust applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components, lead development lifecycles, and ensure seamless integration with external systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in enterprise Salesforce environments, expertise in best practices, and excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of delivering Salesforce solutions in complex, enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Apex programming.
• Advanced experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Solid understanding of SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling such as Copado or Azure DevOps.
• Proven delivery experience within Agile teams.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
