Job summary

Technopride Ltd in London is seeking a Salesforce Lead Developer for a fixed-term contract, hybrid work arrangement, to design, develop, and customize Salesforce apps for a UK client.

You will work hands-on with Apex, LWC, and APIs, coordinate with admins and architects, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across environments.

The role emphasizes integration, data migration, testing, and documentation to support ongoing enhancements and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and customizing Salesforce applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience creating and managing custom objects and data models.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications to support business processes and functional requirements.
• Configure Salesforce features including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Create and manage custom objects, reports, dashboards, and automation components.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, or third-party tools.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and support deployments across Salesforce environments.
• Collaborate with administrators, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing enhancements and maintenance activities.
