Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Salesforce Systems Engineer to maintain and optimise the CRM platform, ensuring seamless operation to support business needs. Based in Somerset with a hybrid work model, you will collaborate with internal teams to tailor Salesforce to the organisation's requirements and drive system performance.

You'll administer Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, manage data integrity, provide user training, implement updates and integrations, and monitor systems to identify improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Salesforce in a technical capacity.
• Proficient in customising and configuring Salesforce platforms to meet business needs.
• Experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Good understanding of database management and data analysis.
• Problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of system integration and updates.
• Clear communication skills for training and user support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise the company's CRM systems to ensure seamless operation.
