Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Salesforce Platform Lead to own a business-critical CRM and partner platform in a hybrid role based in Lutterworth. You will design, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce Flows, configure data models, and manage security for multi-region operations.

You will also build dashboards to monitor pipeline health, train staff on Salesforce benefits, and troubleshoot system improvements across departments.

Qualifications

• Salesforce knowledge and qualifications are required.
• Must be able to commute to Lutterworth 2x per week.
• Based in or around Lutterworth and able to train staff on Salesforce.
• Salesforce qualification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take full strategic ownership of a business-critical CRM and Partner platform
• Design, test, and deploy scalable automated workflows using complex Salesforce Flows
• Configure custom architecture, unique data models, and sandboxes for release cycles
• Manage user profiles, role hierarchies, and advanced platform security compliance
• Build advanced operational reporting dashboards to track international pipeline health
• Train staff members on the effective use and benefits of Salesforce systems
• Help troubleshoot different issues and identify areas where the system could add value to different departments
