Michael Page is seeking a Salesforce Systems Engineer for a managed services client in Somerset. You will maintain and optimise the CRM, tailor Salesforce to business needs, ensure data integrity, and provide user training and support.

This permanent hybrid role, based from Yeovil, offers £50k-£65k depending on experience and a focus on CRM system enhancements, integrations, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Maintain and optimise the company's CRM systems to ensure seamless operation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and customise the CRM to meet business needs.
• Manage CRM data integrity and ensure accurate reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the CRM platform.
• Provide user training and support to enhance system utilisation.
• Implement CRM updates, integrations, and new features as required.
• Monitor system performance and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align the CRM with broader business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Strong experience working with Salesforce systems in a technical capacity.
• Proficiency in customising and configuring Salesforce platforms to meet business needs.
• Experience Administering and configuring with Salesforce, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Good understanding of database management and data analysis.
