Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with Salesforce across administration, configuration and delivery
• Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification
• Experience translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions
• Knowledge of data migrations, SOQL and Data Loader
• Ability to create actionable reporting and dashboards for stakeholders
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Drive ongoing enhancement and optimisation of the Salesforce platform
• Oversee day-to-day platform administration including user management and permissions
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions
• Deliver platform improvements and projects through full lifecycle
• Develop automation, reporting, dashboards and integrations
• Take ownership of complex support issues and ensure timely resolution
• Contribute to backlog management and prioritisation
• Produce and maintain documentation covering processes and governance
