Job summary

RedTech Recruitment seeks a Salesforce Analyst & Administrator to own and optimise the Salesforce platform, partnering with stakeholders to enhance automation and governance. You will drive reporting, dashboards and platform strategy in a hybrid role based in Leicestershire.

The ideal candidate brings Salesforce Admin/Analyst experience, relevant certifications, and strong knowledge of Sales/Service/Experience Cloud. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

Strong commercial Salesforce Administration/Analyst experience.
Salesforce Admin, Architect certs or similar.
Proficient with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Experience with automation, data modelling and integrations.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Knowledge of security models, permissions and data management.
Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication.
Experience creating reports and dashboards.
Excellent documentation and organisational skills.
Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain and improve the Salesforce platform.
Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
Manage user accounts, permissions, profiles and security settings.
Configure fields, objects, page layouts and workflows to support processes.
Develop automation using Salesforce tools and best practice methodologies.
Support integration activities between Salesforce and other systems.
Establish governance, change management and release management processes.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Maintain data quality, imports, audits and system maintenance.
Provide user support, troubleshooting and training across the organisation.
Maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
