Job Description:

This role offers visibility and support, with an emphasis on autonomy and decision-making. You will be involved in setting directions and making impactful decisions, especially around architecture and solutions, within a transformation project of significant scale.

You will be empowered and supported, working collaboratively to achieve strategic business outcomes. Attendance at meetings at our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon, is required approximately once a fortnight or month, with occasional more frequent meetings. Living within a comfortable commute is necessary.

Your responsibilities include designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, BSS/OSS integration, and OmniStudio tools is highly desirable. Certifications such as Vlocity Platform Developer, Industries CPQ, and knowledge of Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and Service Cloud are beneficial.
