Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its Technology & Transformation function. The role is based in London, Glasgow or Liverpool with hybrid working arrangements and involves leading CRM/Salesforce transformation initiatives.

You will partner with Product Owners, developers and senior stakeholders to shape technical solutions, support migrations, and drive delivery across the BA lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of relevant experience as a BA or Senior BA.
• Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms.
• Exposure to FSC, Marketing Cloud or CRM migrations is desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business analysis across Salesforce and CRM transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers and senior stakeholders to shape technical solutions.

We’re working with a leading financial services organisation looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join its growing Technology & Transformation function.

The Role

• Lead complex business analysis activities across Salesforce and CRM transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers and senior stakeholders to shape technical solutions.
• Support Salesforce migrations, system enhancements, prototyping and delivery.
• Challenge business requirements, influence stakeholders and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Take a hands-on role throughout the delivery lifecycle, while providing guidance to other Business Analysts.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, ideally with 4–6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms.
• Exposure to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Marketing Cloud or CRM migrations would be highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge requirements and influence decisions.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Financial Services experience is advantageous but not essential.
