Job summary

Elsevier is seeking a Salesforce QA Lead to ensure quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions across projects. You will design and execute testing strategies, collaborate with stakeholders, and champion best practices that improve development and testing outcomes.

The role requires Salesforce testing experience, Agile/Scrum familiarity, and the ability to lead testing in large Salesforce environments with strong communication across technical and business teams.

Qualifications

Salesforce testing experience required.
Salesforce Advanced QA Lead certification preferred.
Salesforce Platform App Builder certification preferred.
Experience with Scrum/Agile software development methodologies.
Ability to analyze and determine effective testing approaches for projects.
Experience leading testing activities within large Salesforce environments.

Responsibilities

Design and execute testing strategies for Salesforce projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to ensure feasibility of requirements.
Develop test plans, test strategies, and testing matrices.
Review solution summaries to ensure fit-for-purpose, user-focused development.
Demonstrate growth mindset and apply new testing knowledge to improve cycles.
Coordinate testing methodologies to ensure quality across projects.
Create and maintain test documentation and artifacts.
Support testing for new integrations and troubleshoot existing ones.
