Job summary

Elsevier is seeking a Software Engineer II focused on Salesforce to provide user support, guide business analysts, and implement enhancements across the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with global, multi-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions and contribute to best-practice development and UAT processes.

You should have 1+ years Salesforce admin/development experience, Agile exposure, and strong analytical and communication skills to support stakeholders and end-users.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience working with Salesforce in a business environment.
• Experience supporting end users and stakeholders in Salesforce.
• Exposure to Agile projects and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time user support for Salesforce and related integrations.
• Capture and evaluate business requirements; assist in UAT.
• Develop and implement Salesforce enhancements with best practices.
• Prepare end-user documentation and knowledge sharing materials.
• Collaborate with global teams to align Salesforce with sales/marketing objectives.
