Job summary

iMMERSIVE is seeking a Project Lead to own end-to-end Salesforce projects and act as functional lead and project manager. You will coordinate delivery teams, manage resources and timelines, and document client requirements to ensure milestones are met.

Responsibilities include solution design with salesforce architects, leading training, mentoring others, supporting pre-sales, and travelling as needed. This role offers remote-friendly work and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Salesforce Admin 201 certification and additional certification(s) preferred.
5+ years of end-to-end project management experience with strong organisation.
Degree or strong experience in Salesforce implementation environment.

Responsibilities

Act as functional lead and project manager, delivering on time.
Take full ownership of projects from start to finish following iMMERSIVE's way of working.
Manage resources, timelines and estimates to complete against budgets.
Own backlog and ensure customer project requirements are documented.
Coordinate with project teams to satisfy client needs.
Monitor quality, expectations and conduct milestone reviews.
Present in customer meetings and lead engagements on site as main contact.
Design Salesforce solutions with delivery and technical teams.
Lead training workshops for customers and internal staff.
Build trusted relationships with customers from exec level to teams.
Mentor and develop future talent within the team.
Support pre-sales activities in scoping and identifying opportunities.
Identify improvements to Customer Success strategies and implement them.
Travel as required.
