Job summary

CloudMasonry is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate Salesforce projects from initiation to delivery in London. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce project experience, strong communication skills, and a technical background. Travel 25–50% may be required; you’ll drive excellence in SaaS implementations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience managing Salesforce projects.
• Managed projects with budgets of a minimum of £250,000.
• Technical background or relevant degree program preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce.com.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Travel requirements are contingent on client needs and may range from approximately 25% to 50%.
• Ability to articulate the benefits of the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise system implementation and configuration, including Salesforce, SFA, or ERP systems.
• Quick learner with strong creative problem‑solving skills.
• Strong team player with leadership potential and interpersonal strengths.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to quickly absorb and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Works independently and with CloudMasonry and client teams to drive customer success.
• Oversees and takes full accountability for project completion.
• Leads enterprise‑level projects with minimal oversight.
• Facilitates meetings and engages with executive sponsors.
• Drives delivery by managing cross‑functional teams and removing blockers.
• Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Owns risk identification and mitigation planning with clear recommendations.
• Manages project financials including budgeting and burn rate.
