Job summary
iMMERSIVE is seeking a Salesforce-focused delivery consultant to work with client teams in shaping and delivering Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with delivery and technical colleagues to turn requirements into best-practice configurations, run workshops, and demonstrate progress to stakeholders.
The role involves requirement gathering, process analysis, configuration, testing support, and training for clients and Administrators, with travel as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in project delivery or Salesforce consultancy covering core clouds.
- Experience defining user stories and scoping projects.
- Ability to write and document detailed user requirements and playback.
Responsibilities
- Present client solutions and progress to stakeholders.
- Attend workshops to gather notes and requirements.
- Maintain efficient way of working within teams.
- Transform client requirements into Salesforce solutions with delivery and tech teams.
- Configure Salesforce platform structure and functionality, including data deployment.
- Support testing activities across unit, system and acceptance tests.
- Demonstrate the solution to clients during build.
- Run workshops to train clients and Administrators.
- Engage with client stakeholders to analyse business processes and requirements.
- Willingness to travel as required.
