Michael Page Technology is assisting a UK procurement business in Yeovil by hiring a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to own the global Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will bring Salesforce in-house from a third‑party, connect HubSpot and other commercial apps, and drive integrations across Revenue Ops, Sales, Marketing and IT.

The role is hybrid, with office presence required once a week, and you will be the go‑to person for CRM strategy, configuration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on admin experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• In-house experience preferred; not just consultancy.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar integration.
• Interest in AI applications for CRM and automation.

Responsabilités

• Administer and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Own and support integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot and other apps.
• Explore AI-enabled solutions to boost productivity and data quality.
• Maintain CRM systems to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement system enhancements.
• Manage system integrations for seamless data flow.
• Provide CRM tech support and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards.
• Stay updated with CRM technologies and best practices.
