Qualifications

• Proven IT systems training background.
• Experience as a Salesforce IT Trainer or similar role.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is preferred.

My leading client is looking to recruit an experienced Salesforce IT Trainer / IT Trainer to play a central role in ensuring the successful rollout across a disparate user base across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Salesforce training solutions tailored to end users.
• Develop and implement structured learning plans for each system using instructional design principles and learning theories, creating engaging, accessible, and effective training experiences.
• Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and external system developers to define training standards and ensure consistency across all learning materials.
• Act as a Salesforce subject‑matter expert and contribute to training needs analysis, e‑learning development, and training assessments.
• Support individuals or teams with skills to move from a technical role into Training / Business Change (scope for those with technical IT programme experience).

Qualifications

• Proven IT systems training background.
• Experience as a Salesforce IT Trainer or similar role.
• Strong passion for delivering true business change.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce change champion activities is preferred.
• Strong communication and adult learning design skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
