Job summary

Synapri are supporting an established business heavily invested in Salesforce, seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Leader to take over ongoing leadership of the Salesforce development and architecture team in Reading, UK. You will drive delivery through both in-house and outsourced teams, and promote robust DevOps practices while managing complex stakeholders.

Salary is up to £100k with a generous bonus and equity shares.

• Proven ability to lead technical teams internally and via outsourced delivery partners.

Synapri are currently supporting an established business who are heavily invested in Salesforce, part way through a major transformation and are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Technical Leader take over ongoing leadership of the Salesforce development & architecture team.

• Hands-on Salesforce development/architecture experience (doesn't have to be current)
• Strong, confident leader who thrives under pressure including managing challenging stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead technical teams both internally and via outsourced delivery partners
• CPQ or RCA experience a huge bonus but not essential
• Experience implementing and driving DevOps principles

SALARY: Up to £100k + very generous bonus and shares
