Job summary

CloudCo Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead a talented Salesforce team and shape the architectural direction across enterprise projects.

You will mentor a team of developers and administrators, translate business requirements into scalable designs, and guide data, integration and security decisions for the Salesforce platform and AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Salesforce Architect with enterprise customers.
• Translate business requirements into robust architectural designs.
• Mentor, educate and influence diverse teams on Salesforce topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead an internal team of 6 including Developers & Administrators.
• Design best-in-class Salesforce solutions and architectures.
• Advise on Data Management, Integration, Security and Application Design for Salesforce.
• Lead workshops such as Discovery, Solution Design and Delivery.
• Drive delivery of Salesforce Platform & AI solutions in collaboration with Salesforce teams.

Newcastle - Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office

We are working with a multi-award-winning and innovative online retailer who is looking to hire a Senior Salesforce Architect to join & lead their forward-thinking, highly talented Salesforce team.

As a Senior Salesforce Architect, you will be required to lead an internal team of 6, including Developers & Administrators, understand and analyse technical & business requirements, and then design best-in-class, innovative solutions. Ideally, the successful individual will be a Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or Certified System Architect.

The ideal Senior Salesforce Architect will have:

• Experience working as a Salesforce Architect with enterprise customers
• Experience translating business requirements into robust architectural designs
• Experience advising, mentoring, educating and influencing diverse teams on topics including Data Management, Integration, Security, Application Design and how they relate to the Salesforce Platform
• Demonstrable senior stakeholder management skills and experience
• Solid presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to lead a range of workshops e.g. Discovery, Solution Design and Delivery
• Hands-on delivery skills
