Job summary

Synapri is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their delivery team, working closely with clients to understand commercial processes and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will support the full project lifecycle from discovery to go-live, with a focus on Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud projects.

The role offers a hybrid work model — working 2 days a week in the office based in London. Must have proven experience in Salesforce implementations and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BA on Salesforce implementations within a consultancy or partner environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of CPQ, RCA or LTC transformations.
• Ability to run discovery sessions and produce high-quality requirement artefacts independently.

Synapri are working with a growing Salesforce Partner with a strong delivery track record across enterprise clients, who are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the delivery team. You'll work closely with clients to understand their commercial processes, translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, and support delivery across the full project lifecycle — from discovery through to go-live.

You'll need experience working on Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud projects ideally within a Lead to Cash transformation capacity.

Location: London and from home (2x days a week in office)

Start: July ideally

Must have

• Proven experience as a BA on Salesforce implementations within a consultancy or partner environment
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of CPQ, RCA or LTC transformations
• Ability to run discovery sessions and produce high‑quality requirement artefacts independently
• Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, CPQ Specialist)
• Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Field Service
• Agile or Scrum delivery experience
