Job summary

Synapri are supporting an established business heavily invested in Salesforce, seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Leader to take over ongoing leadership of the Salesforce development and architecture team in Reading, UK. You will drive delivery through both in-house and outsourced teams, and promote robust DevOps practices while managing complex stakeholders.

Salary is up to £100k with a generous bonus and equity shares.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce development/architecture experience (not necessarily current).
• Strong, confident leader who thrives under pressure and can manage challenging stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams internally and via outsourced delivery partners.
