Job summary

Synapri is hiring an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise clients. You will work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud, blending hands-on development with technical leadership and enterprise integration work.

You will lead integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, implement automation, security controls and CI/CD processes, and explore Agentforce AI features within Salesforce

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC and Salesforce Lightning.
• Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong Salesforce integration experience using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, security and data management.
• Knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex and Future Methods.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD and deployment tooling.
• Experience with Agentforce or other AI-enabled Salesforce technologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

This role take ownership in designing, developing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise clients. Working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud, you will combine hands‑on development with technical leadership across integrations, automation, platform development and emerging AI technologies.
