Steadman Brown is partnering with a UK leader to drive a major Salesforce transformation, delivering a single source of truth. You will lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and successful platform evolution.

The role requires proven CRM/IT project management experience, strong RAID/Jira familiarity, and the ability to manage resources and budgets while resolving issues and maintaining client expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple IT and software or CRM projects.
• Experience resolving project issues and ensure client expectations are met.
• Familiarity with project management tools, including RAID and Jira.
• Exposure to Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership with project reporting, including status and expectation reporting.
• Manage and oversee project dependencies, issues and risks.
• Manage project resources, including both internal and external resources/partners.
• Own Salesforce project delivery, including scope, resource and budget management.
• Update and Manage RAID Logs to ensure project delivery is kept inline.

Steadman Brown are working with one of the UK's industry leading organisations that are heavily invested in Salesforce. They are currently undergoing a technical transformation to provide a single source of truth, as part of a large-scale Salesforce digital transformation programme. They are seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager to take ownership of the successful delivery for the largest Salesforce transformations. This is a key role responsible for leading end to end project delivery, ensuring scope is aligned with strategic business objectives. This is an opportunity to provide a pivotal Salesforce transformation, leading the platform onto one single source of truth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership with Project reporting, including status and expectation reporting
• Manage and oversee project dependencies, issues and risks
• Manage project resources, including both internal and external resources/partners
• Own Salesforce project delivery, including scope, resource and budget management
• Update and Manage Raid Logs to ensure project delivery is kept inline

Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing multiple IT and software or CRM projects
