Job summary

WorkNest is seeking a Salesforce Data Operations Manager to join our Performance Marketing team and own the integrity, structure and flow of data within our Salesforce platform.

You will manage data quality, reporting via SOQL and integrations across Salesforce, Pardot and internal tools, working closely with Sales and senior stakeholders in a highly flexible hybrid role at our Aldford office (CH3) or remotely.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) in a B2B setting and data governance.
• Strong ability to write complex SOQL queries and build data quality dashboards.
• Experience with API integrations, OAuth, and data tooling such as Plauti is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrity, structure and flow of data within our Salesforce platform.
• Manage data quality, deduplication, field standards and data quality dashboards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and leadership to surface insights and drive continuous improvement.
