Job summary

interactive investor is seeking a Data Automations Manager to own the Salesforce tools spanning Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Personalisation. You will lead a small team of Data Automation Leads and ensure reliable data flows, data hygiene and accurate customer records for targeting and reporting.

You will work hybrid across Manchester, Leeds or London, 3 days on site weekly and 2 days remote, shaping governance, delivery and strong data foundations to enable personalised customer journeys

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related modules (Content & Automation Studio, Journey Builder, AMPscript).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce ecosystem including Data Cloud and Personalisation.
• Confident with SQL, data structures, integrations and Snowflake or similar platforms.
• Experience in change governance, delivery governance, documentation and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for how Salesforce powers multi‑channel customer communications.
• Maintain and enhance Single Customer View with data hygiene and timely data flows.
• Ensure systems connect with Salesforce ecosystem; support secure, real-time journeys.
• Oversee data pipelines, automations, changes and guardrails to keep journeys consistent and compliant.
• Lead and develop the Data Automation team with mentoring and documentation.
