Job summary

WorkNest is seeking a Salesforce Data Operations Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. You will own the integrity, structure and flow of data within our Salesforce platform, ensuring leads, opportunities and accounts are accurate and actionable.

You’ll manage data quality, reporting via SOQL and integrations across Salesforce, Pardot and internal tools, collaborating with Sales and senior stakeholders to turn complex data into clear, practical insights.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Salesforce data quality, governance and structure.
• Proficient writing complex SOQL queries and working with APIs.
• Able to turn data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own data quality, governance and performance across Salesforce leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities.
• Manage deduplication, lead routing, field standards and data quality dashboards.
• Provide insights for executive reporting and cross-functional decision making.
• Maintain integrations across Salesforce, Pardot and internal tools.
