Job summary

Interactive Investor is seeking a Data Automations Manager to own the Salesforce tools (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Personalisation) and drive multi-channel customer journeys. The role is hybrid with Manchester, Leeds, or London, requiring 3 days on site per week and 2 days remote.

You will lead a small Data Automation team, setting direction, building capability and ensuring governance, data quality, and secure, compliant processes to support engagement and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a technical/data-led team.
• End-to-end ownership of Salesforce tools for customer engagement.
• Strong data hygiene and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for Salesforce ecosystem powering customer communications.
• Maintain and enhance Single Customer View and data flows for targeting and reporting.
• Ensure systems connect with Salesforce ecosystem and support real-time multi-channel journeys.
• Oversee data pipelines, automations, change controls and delivery guardrails.
