GCS seeks a Salesforce Data Analyst (Payments) in London on a 12-month contract to support a fast-paced commercial team. The role emphasizes CRM data integrity, contract workflows, and operational reporting across Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal and Finance.

You will perform data analysis in Excel/Sheets, build dashboards, support UAT, and develop knowledge resources while leveraging AI productivity tools to drive efficiency.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Operations or Sales Support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting & dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve Salesforce CRM data integrity across accounts, contacts, contracts, and reporting structures.
• Perform data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets; build dashboards and reporting tools.
• Support contract requests and procurement workflows through business systems and approval processes.
• Produce operational reports and analyze sales performance, merchant volumes, pipeline activity, and key business metrics.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product Strategy, Legal, Finance, and Compliance.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), process improvements, and operational initiatives.
• Develop and maintain knowledge libraries, onboarding materials, process documentation, and training resources.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness through accurate record keeping and documentation.
• Utilise AI productivity tools to improve operational efficiency.

Job Title: Salesforce Data Analyst (Payments)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organised and analytical Sales Operations & Data Analyst to support a fast-paced commercial team within the Payments and Financial Services sector. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, CRM Administration, or Business Operations who enjoy combining data analysis, process improvement, stakeholder management, and operational support.

You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth commercial operations by maintaining CRM data quality, supporting contract workflows, delivering operational reporting, and partnering with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Salesforce CRM data integrity, including accounts, contacts, contracts, and reporting structures.
• Perform data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets, leveraging Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Support contract request and procurement workflows through business systems and approval processes.
• Produce operational reports and analyse sales performance, merchant volumes, pipeline activity, and key business metrics.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product Strategy, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams.

• Utilise AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Required Experience

• 3+ years' experience within Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills, including:
  • Pivot Tables
  • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Data Analysis
  • Reporting & Dashboards
• Experience supporting contract, procurement, or vendor-management processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, Oracle, Zip, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools is advantageous.
