Job summary

GCS seeks an experienced Salesforce Reporting & Forecasting Lead to support a global sales organisation by building and enhancing reporting capabilities across sales operations, forecasting, invoicing, and portfolio management. This role will create trusted reporting solutions, develop executive dashboards, and drive reporting automation using modern AI and analytics tools.

• Strong Salesforce reporting and analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modelling and forecasting.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI / data visualisation platforms.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Proven ability to manage multiple reporting cycles simultaneously.
• Experience delivering reporting for executive stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve reporting efficiency.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Salesforce Reporting & Forecasting Lead

Contract: 12 Months

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Reporting & Forecasting Lead to support a global sales organisation by building and enhancing reporting capabilities across sales operations, forecasting, invoicing, and portfolio management. This role will be responsible for creating trusted reporting solutions, developing executive-level dashboards, and driving reporting automation through modern AI and analytics tools.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from the following sectors will be highly desirable:

• Payments
• Card Networks
• Merchant Services

Candidates with recent experience working for card payment networks, merchant acquirers, payment processors, or leading fintech payment organisations such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Worldpay, Fiserv, FIS, Global Payments, Stripe, Adyen, (url removed), and PayPal will be strongly preferred.
