Job summary

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Salesforce CRM Transformation Lead to act as the backbone of our digital future. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on Salesforce work, coordinating between technical partners and staff to deliver a mid-implementation project that reshapes the student and employer journey.

You will be equal parts strategist and executor, configuring flows, supporting users, delivering trainings, and maintaining data integrity to maximise CRM impact

Qualifications

• Experience leading Salesforce transformation projects.
• Ability to align senior leadership with roadmap goals.
• Hands-on capability to configure Salesforce and fix data issues.
• Experience delivering end-user training and building adoption.

Responsibilities

• Configure and grow a Salesforce platform being built from the ground up.
• Balance platform administration, user support and long-term planning.
• Collaborate with implementation partners and staff to ensure project value.
• Deliver training sessions and ensure data integrity across systems.
