Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Salesforce CRM Transformation Lead for our IT and Digital Services team on a full time, permanent basis, with 0.8 FTE and flexible working considered. Based across four campuses with hybrid working, the role offers a salary of between £33,615 (J26) and £36,353 (J29) depending on qualifications and experience.

The role focuses on driving a mid-implementation project, acting as the backbone between technical partners and staff, and shaping CRM strategy

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Salesforce, including flows and validation rules.
• Ability to deliver end-to-end user training and ongoing support.
• Track record of maintaining data integrity across systems.

Responsibilities

• Own, configure and grow a Salesforce platform being built from ground up.
• Occasionally bridge between implementation partners and staff, balancing strategy and hands-on work.
• Configure complex flows, manage day-to-day user support, and deliver training sessions.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across the CRM and related systems.
• Lead CRM-led transformation in an educational environment, promoting digital innovation.
