Job summary

Vallum Associates seeks a Salesforce Transformation & Delivery Consultant to lead a fixed-term 12-month programme in Walsall, UK. You will guide governance, strategy, and stakeholder engagement, partnering with leaders, partners, and specialists to deliver a platform that transforms operations.

You will drive the roadmap, manage risks and dependencies, ensure business readiness, and oversee testing, data migration and go-live activities to realise benefits post-implementation.

Qualifications

• Must have delivered large-scale Salesforce programmes.
• Strong governance, planning and delivery capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management with Executive-level influence.
• Experience with partners and System Integrators.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Salesforce implementation programme.
• Develop and own the project roadmap and delivery plan.
• Manage multiple workstreams across technology, operations and business change.
• Work with Salesforce implementation partners and hold suppliers accountable for delivery.
• Build relationships with senior operational leaders and executive sponsors.
• Chair programme governance meetings and Steering Groups.
• Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies and decisions.
• Oversee budget management and programme reporting.
• Ensure business readiness, communications and user adoption.
• Coordinate testing, data migration, cutover planning and go-live activities.
• Drive benefits realisation and continuous improvement after implementation.
