The successful candidate will have strong Salesforce delivery experience, background in transformation, and the confidence to challenge partners while maintaining governance across multi-system

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale Salesforce transformation programmes, ideally with Salesforce Field Service.
• Strong experience managing systems integrators, third-party delivery partners, governance, RAID and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage programme plans, milestones, dependencies and RAID.
• Coordinate internal SMEs and third parties.
• Support governance and ensure complex integration dependencies across finance, customer, operational and reporting systems.
