Job summary

Syr - Shoreside Maritime Recruitment is seeking an Operations Manager to own Salesforce and business systems in our London office. You will ensure Salesforce is maintained, structured and aligned with business needs, while driving data quality, automation and process improvements to support growth.

You will work closely with senior leadership to optimise systems, deliver dashboards and enable efficient sales activity across a fast-paced yacht brokerage business in a global market.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including workflows, reporting and user management.
• 3–4 years' experience in an operations, business support, commercial operations or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, systems and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day ownership and administration of Salesforce, ensuring it is well maintained and aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and improve Salesforce processes to support sales activity and reporting.
• Build dashboards and management information for visibility of performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce usage and drive user adoption.
• Manage core software licenses and technology providers.
• Review processes and introduce automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
