Job summary

Love Success is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our SME consultancy, based in Angel-Islington with hybrid 2–3 days in the office. You will lead a small operations team, drive Salesforce transformation, improve data quality, and align systems with strategic priorities.

You will partner with senior leadership and external partners, manage IT and digital infrastructure, quality and compliance, and oversee facilities and employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Senior operations or practice management experience in an SME consultancy or professional services.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with data quality, reporting and user adoption.
• Organised, pragmatic and commercially astute leadership with the ability to balance delivery and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational management of the business, embedding systems and standards.
• Support full employee and consultant lifecycle for a consistent experience.
• Oversee digital and IT infrastructure, working with external suppliers.
• Oversee quality, compliance and operational assurance framework.
• Lead, coach and develop the operations team.
• Take ownership of Salesforce CRM, ensuring data quality and reporting improvements.
• Oversee office operations, facilities and day-to-day workplace management.
