- Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role examining processes and systems.
- Experience owning a backlog, roadmap or portfolio of system enhancements.
- Strong process mapping and business improvement skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience translating requirements into user stories and specifications.
- Commercially minded prioritisation focusing on value and AI/automation interest.
Responsibilities
- Own the Salesforce backlog and roadmap, prioritising initiatives by value.
- Translate ideas and requirements into clear user stories and deliverables.
- Ensure solutions are tested, adopted and deliver real benefits.
- Identify where AI, automation and digital tools reduce manual effort.
- Build and prioritise a pipeline of value-creating opportunities.
- Collaborate with AI specialists to turn ideas into practical solutions.
- Embed AI capabilities into processes and systems, not as standalone tools.
