Job summary

Worldpay in the United Kingdom seeks a seasoned Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead design and delivery of Salesforce initiatives, starting with CDD lifecycle transformation, with AI integration at the core. This permanent role requires leadership across Salesforce domains and collaboration with product, QA, and teams.

You will architect scalable solutions, apply AI capabilities for automation and insights, and deputise in director forums, shaping strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce architecture and development experience.
• Experience with large-scale deployments in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Agentforce and Data 360.
• Fintech/financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.
• Apply AI to automate, predict analytics, and create intelligent workflows across Salesforce.
• Lead architecture for core implementation and transformation initiatives (Agentforce, Data 360, LWC, Flow, Apex, APIs, reporting).
• Translate complex Salesforce concepts for non-technical stakeholders and developers.
• Deputise for Salesforce function in director-level forums and decision-making processes.
• Drive initiatives independently and continually seek improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, Sales Ops, and other architects.
