Job summary

Salesforce is seeking experienced software engineers to join the Agentforce Builder team in London. You will embed in a cross-functional pod, shipping agentic solutions for Fortune 500 customers with ownership of components end-to-end.

You’ll work with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, design prompts, and integrate data pipelines with Snowflake and Databricks. Travel ~25% to work directly with customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production system to discuss.
• Fluent in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex — and willing to add as needed.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering; able to explain failures and improvements.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Ability to communicate with sales teams and customer architects.
• Ship quality code and evaluate AI outputs with rigor.
• Willing to travel about 25% to work directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Embed in a builder pod and contribute to end-to-end agentic solutions for Fortune 500 customers.
• Design prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration with customer systems on the Agentforce platform.
• Own technical components from architecture through deployment and observation in production.
• Build and integrate data pipelines with Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Partner with the Strategic Builder to translate customer challenges into working solutions.
• Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs to move from sketch to deployable quickly.
