Job summary

CloudCo Solutions Ltd is seeking a Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineer to join a global Salesforce ecosystem team. You will design and deliver AI features on the Salesforce platform for major clients, integrating LLMs with enterprise data and tuning prompts for accuracy and efficiency.

You will work across clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.), implement guardrails, and collaborate with clients to deliver measurable business value while embracing CI/CD and DevOps practices.>

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce exposure across one or more clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce, Industries or Field Service).
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flow and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder and Model Builder is advantageous.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, grounding and reducing hallucination.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver AI features on the Salesforce platform for leading organisations.
• Build autonomous agents with Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder, Model Builder and Data Cloud.
• Connect LLMs to enterprise data with Apex and tuning prompts for ground truth Salesforce data.
• Set up guardrails, monitor accuracy, cost and latency.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using MuleSoft, APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce team and clients to deliver measurable business value.
• Promote modern engineering practices, including CI/CD and DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, Flosum, GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce AI capabilities for client engagements.

We are working with a highly successful global Consulting Partner in the Salesforce ecosystem who are looking for a Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineer to join their fast-paced, inclusive, and people-first organisation.

As a Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop and deliver AI features on the Salesforce platform for leading organisations across various industries
• Build autonomous agents with Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder, Model Builder and Data Cloud
• Connect LLMs to enterprise data, writing Apex to ground models in Salesforce data and tuning prompts and retrieval
• Set up guardrails, monitor accuracy, cost and latency
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using MuleSoft, APIs and event-driven architectures
• Partner with the wider Salefsorce team and work closely with clients as the AI and automation SME to deliver measurable business value
• Champion modern engineering practices, including CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, Flosum, GitHub and Azure DevOps
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce AI capabilities and identify opportunities to apply them across client engagements

This is an engineering role that requires strong technical experience across one or more core Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce, Industries or Field Service) and hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flow and Salesforce integration patterns.

The ideal candidate will have relevant Salesforce & Agentforce certifications and experience building with Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder and Model Builder, and understand how LLMs behave in practice, including prompt engineering, RAG, grounding and reducing hallucination. Familiarity with MCP, vector search and embeddings, or Python for AI tooling would be a bonus too.
